On the back of my tial..i put the vacumm hose to read manifold pressure..is that correct..because i heard your suppose to drill into the turbo and tap it to read that turbo vacumm on the compressor housing....i've seen that on the gen 2 kits but is gen 3 not supposed to do that?? info plz!! thanks

 

I know i must be crazy..but i'm talking about that bung that comes of the turbo on the compressor side..on the gen 2 kits the plug it back into the wastegate..but on my gen 3 i don't have that bung so i plug the wate gate back to read manifold pressure around the fuel pressure regulator.

 

You can do either, run a line from the turbo to the side port of the Tial wastegate or from a vac source such as the fpr to the side port of the Tial wastegate, both are fine.
