Turbosmart wastegate has two vacum sources on it,Where do they go

Instllling a turbo smart wastegate with no instructions, it has two fittings on it both for vaccum sources..Do they both just T into the vacum source of the car?

Use the side port and hook it up to any pressure source. leave the top one open.

They are both on the side, one right on top of the other.

Hook the line from the compressor to the bottom nipple. Leave the top open
