LS turbo guys. Vtec oil pump?
i noticed in my helms that the GSR pump pushes out a significant amount of oil, more than the LS. i did a search and also noticed that a couple people have done this swap. is it beneficial?
i'm at about 100k and figured i could replace my oil pump since they would do the timing belt anyway.
is my current oil pump ok with the age or should i go ahead and do it?
stock LS pump or VTEC pump?

btw a gsr timing belt and a ls timing belt are not the same size. get the ls if you have a ls. and it not going to be stronger if it gsr or type r.

Timing belt choice depend on which water pump you are using
