How would i go about installing a Fuel to Air ratio gauge for my 95 B16A2 in my 93 Del sol?

With the narrowband, youre not going to get any reading at all - its just a light show that, at best, will give some very basic idea of whats happening at WOT.
Stock sensors know: Lean, Stoich, Rich...and thats it. It cannot tell the difference between say "lean" and "very lean".

A wideband o2 is what you need, since it will give accurate measurements of A/F ratio at all levels.
See all those little markings or levels of A/F ratio on your gauge? Consider each of those is a reading...only a wideband can tell the difference of each mark
