96 Civic OBD2a code 65 secondary o2 heater wires
ok... my problem is that i threw i think 4 codes about 3 weeks ago... i fixed three of them by replacing a fuse and fixing a wire, now i am still throwing code 65, which is secondary o2 heater wires (black wires).
i have so far replaced the o2, checked the wiring/re wired/ made sure no cuts burns or anything was wrong with the actual wires. i found nothing, so i even changed the plug on the harness making sure it was all wired correctly...
still throwing code 65, i looked everywhere and there are no fuses for the o2 sensors.
i have also searched on here and haven't found anything exactly like this does someone know how to fix it or have any ideas?
thanks ahead of time

There is a fuse for o2 sensor heater.
2nd row down, 5th column in, it's a 7.5a fuse. (under the dash board) - it's got a 7.5a fuse on each side of it.
It controls:
- VSS
- Alternator Switch
- Evap Purge System
- Primary O2 sensor heater
- Secondary O2 Sensor Heater
If that fuse is blown, your speedometer won't work, so if it works, the fuse is fine.

i already replaced that thats what fixed most of the other checks... i'm gonna go buy another o2 tomorrow... (the one i changed onto the car was from a friend)
if that doesn't fix it i dunno what it could be

ok so i bought a new o2 a brand new one... put it in checked the wires 3 times checked all the plugs and everything is right..
no wires look fried and nothing seems wrong... maybe deep deep in the harness but i checked when i re lumed the harness...
i need some help... i've run out of ideas... is there a way to rewire the o2 heater wires manually like just run a wire straight from the ecu or wherever to the o2 plug
