Default which manifold ramhorn or topmount?

I am about to buy a peakboost kit for my B18B EK and I was wondering what some opinions were on the manifold choices. I like the topmount manifold but it seems like the ramhorn would be a better design. Which one is better?

either are top notch and will work.

Neither really is a bad choice.

My only two cents is that the top mount will allow a little easier installation of the downpipe, turbo, oil return and what not.

The ramhorn is a tight fit, hangs low and is a little harder to route the oil return/downpipe sometimes.

I'm leaning toward the top mount even more now although my girl wants me to get a manifold that I can still have a/c with but I already took all that crap out in prep for the top mount or ramhorn.

What are you using the car for?? I had a topmount, but since my car is mainly street driven, i hated it. I switch to an SLS Shorty ramhorn and couldn't be happier...everyone loves the topmount bandwagon, but unless you're making a lot of power, you're just going to make your car less fun to drive...

I guess you need a bit of searching experience. I assumed someone who has been here as long as you would know a bit more about this wonderful feature. I will help:

Your search for topmount vs ramhorn returned no results.
Please try different search criteria or a different data set.

Instead of just trying to up your post count try giving some useful info and save the ******* comments!

alright your right the name calling was not needed but don't post on my topics unless you have something useful to say and yes I do know about search but I was at work and too busy to search around before I ordered my kit. I don't have as much time as you to be looking at peoples profiles to get their first and last name for effect in my reply and NO I don't go to UMBC whats it to ya (and actually thanks for the info)

It is my daily driver and it isn't going to be making a whole lot of power it is a stock internal LS I plan on building the head a little bit and then possibly taking it off the road this winter if I have the money and building the bottom end but who knows when I will get around to doing that
