N2o Questions... Lots of them, junkies help...
After installing my Zex system today, I am riddled with questions regarding my new n2o system.
1. Is it okay to leave the bottle hooked up and on at all times, even with the car off? Will this cause any long term effects to the Zex solenoid?
2. Is it legal to have the bottle hooked up/opened while driving?
3. How (Other than bottle warmer) can I raise bottle pressure? I have seen not to spray with anything less than 900psi, but I do not know how to raise this.
4. When I play PB, I freeze the bottle for about 30 mins before filling it... Do the same with the n2o bottle? Is it the same theory, or is this a waist of freezer space for that 30 mins?
5. Will the NOS/Edelbrach Purge kits work with the Zex kit? A guy at a local shop thinks they will work since they all use the same solenoid for purging, but wasn't sure.
6. What kind of 1/4 times should I expect w/ a 55hp shot? W/o the n2o, my best is 15.1 with NO traction. Trap speeds are mid 90's, so I should be able to hit high 14's if I got some drag radials. Am I going to be able to hit 13's with the 55hp shot or no?
7. Fuel system. I am stock right now. Is this okay for a while, or should I get a FPR and up the pressure a little bit? I want to make sure I don't lean out...
8. Spark Plugs. When inspecting them, what am I looking for? My B16a runs rich w/o the n2o, so am I looking for signs of detonation (White/Rainbow deposits I believe) or richness? If I do find detonation, what can I do to hinder these effects? Would installing a larger fuel jet do the trick? I am running BKR6E11 plugs recommended by MikeK.@Naples Acura. They are pretty cold, and should be okay...but I am not sure.
9. Timing. Right now I have my timing retarted at about 1-2 degrees. Is this okay for the 55hp jets, and how will this effect my VTEC performance? I know a few degrees advanced is optimum for the VTEC, but I don't want to be advanced if I am running with the n2o. What would you guys recommend on the B16a as far as timing settings?
As always, thanks for all of your help guys. My Honda endeavor has gone from a stock 89 CRX DX rice-mobile, to the semi-well tuned machine I have today. All the help you guys have given me is appreciated, and hopefully someday I will be able to do the same if you guys have questions.

2) NO! Just having the line connected = busted even if valve is closed.
3) 900 psi is all you want. If it was a cold night before and you left your bottle in the car, fill the kitchen sink up with hot water and set bottle in it.
4) Leave the bottle in the freezer over night, you filler will thank you!
5) Purging is a waste of NOS. I went 13.09 without one on a SOHC.
6) 13.99 with just a 55 shot on a SOHC and 20x8x14 slicks
7) go at least 50 psi with the vac line off, or run 1 step fatter on the fuel jet
8) I used stock plugs
9) with 55 shot run STOCK timing setting. Usually about 16 BTDC.
