questions about nitrous bottle
i was wondering if you are suppose to close the bottle after every use, or can u just leave the bottle open all the time? on my car the n2o really pulls when i just get it filled but a couple days later it seems like it dosent pull as hard, and i was wondering since i leave my bottle open for weeks at a time if that has any effect on the nitrous.....any help would be really appreciated...thanks

if you keep it opened all day long everyday it will leak, what i did is just left it open at the dragstrip then close it after the races, and then sometimes when i went to town or on the freeway i woudl open it but i would close it after. it will leak if youleave it open

nitrous will get stale if left in the lines, thats why they make purge kits. for some reason, nitrous fresh out of the bottle is more potent then the crap that's been sitting in your lines for awhile
just get a remote bottle opener, and when you're not using it...close it

get a bottle warmer and keep the bottle pressure typically between 900-1100 psi, depends on your system and how it feels. your bottle pressure drops as you use more nitrous so if you have 1/4 bottle left it's not going to feel as good as a full bottle. the warmer keeps it at a certain pressure.

#1 reason why you arn't making as much power is probably because you don't have a bottle blanket or a heater, #2 would be you're probably leaking some juice out by having the bottle open all the time which decreases the pressure still. Invest in a heater, blanket, remote opener, and you'll be ready to go.

keeping it open stresses the noids. bottle heaters are essential in all climaes. your noids will leak if u leave the bottle open all the time.
