So, after checking my ecu code, and replacing the map sensor, it still gives the cel light.. And runs like crap, still gives the code also.. Reset the ecu already... Anyone else have any ideas?

 

How does the wiring to the map sensor look? Have you inspected it for damage/wear?

 

also, did you reset the ecu properly? Or are you sure the map sensor that you replaced was new or you knew it worked and was good?

Yep, worked just fine on the other car it was pulled off of...
And we pulled the battery cable off for like 20 min to reset the comp, hooked it back up and started the car, cel again... Gr.

Doesn't look like there is any damage or wear...

 

Anybody have any ideas at all? Sick of getting 20ish mpg...
