Default What grit sandpaper?

What grit sandpaper do i use to fill in holes and whatnot i read the sticky post, and ive been told you dont have to take it to bare metal im sure he has good luck with that but for everyone else how do you go about to do it. I want to block my car to find imperfections should i use like 100 grit?

What? Try to explain that a little better. You don't use sand paper to fill in holes...you use plastic filler. You want to block your entire car to find imperfections? This is a very confusing post. If you need to repair a dent, then yes you need to take it down to bare metal, if that's even what you are talking about.

I can't see photos on my work computer Just follow the sticky at the top of the page, Harmonator went over the whole repair process pretty well.

400-600grit should be fine
