Default Air conditioning A/C lines always cold, a/c clutch relay or connector?

When I turn on my car within a few seconds you can feel the a/c lines getting cold and they don't stop, [b]this is with the a/c off[b] by the way
Right not i have disconnected the red wire that runs between the relay socket and the compressor clutch connector and am not running my a/c.

Anyone ever have this problem and know if this has something to do with the a/c clutch relay or maybe even the a/c compressor?

well from what you have writen it sounds like your a/c clutch is engaged but yet in my time as a mechanic Ive never seen that. I would do a power test on your a/c clutch wire see if your getting power from the relay all the time. Could be a stuck relay. Problem is if you dont get it fixed you could freeze your evaporator or have other problems.
