i bought a turbokit from turbonetics, i install'd it but it wont run
details:
turbonetics t3/04 hybrid 63 ar
turbonetics 35mm wastegate
440 cc injetors
12:1 fmu
missing link synpse
walbor fuelpump 255 lph
now i have just installed the oem injetors 280cc pump and 12:1 fmu
problem is after the turbo starts to boosting at 3000 rpm @ fullgas hey has no power
do someone know what the problem is ?
thx william

there definitely could be a pressure leak somewhere.. but if its not tuned, the second you go into boost you are going to be leaning out your motor and thats no good at all. you have to compensate for that by remapping your fuel so you get more fuel when you go into boost or your engine will die.

PUT THE MISSING LINK ON.
Your ECU is seeing boost and going into limp mode.

no need to be so harsh.....but yes your ECU does not like boost.

please explain just how in the fuck being the only person in this thread that gave him the immediate solution to his problem is harsh?

He wasn't being harsh to begin with...

Check to make sure you routed all your vacuum lines correctly, that they're not leaking, etc., especially to the FMU. In fact, double-check everything you installed and double check your wiring.

Ditch the RRFPR and get a p28 chipped and street tuned by a reliable shop. I will almost gaurantee its the tune.
Heres a site with tons of info about tuning and where you can go for street/dyno tuning.

get a new ECU set-up for boost, install it make sure everything is right, and take it straight someone who can tune it, last thing you want is to crack a piston cause had lean combustion, see it first hand to my friends mustang once he got a supercharger, ran the **** out of it and cracked a piston before he got it tuned
Wait your using stock injectors?? Id use the 440cc injectors that came with the kit. Depending on how much boost your running and how you got the rrfpr set up, your stock injectors might be maxing out their duty cycle.

It doesn't make sense to use 440cc injectors AND an FMU. Stock injectors + FMU, sure, although not the best setup in the world. 440cc injectors + no FMU + tuned ECU = best bet.
maybe i'm wrong, but doesnt the H23A7 have a map sensor on it? If it does, then the MAP sensor is probably picking up the boost and going into limp mode. If it is equiped, unplug the map sensor and see what happens.
If that is the problem, either get a Map sensor from a new RDX(boost ready MAP sensor) or your going to have it tuned and erase the map sensor from the ECU's check list.

that's the point of the missing link - blind the map from boost. LOL @ unplug the MAP - the car won't run at all!!

the stock honda MAP is "boost ready". the sensor has no bearing on it, if the ECU sees boost it will go into limp mode.
