Default Code 7 TPS - Checked Voltage - What else could it be?

My car throws the tps code every now and again.
I normally just disconnect the battery cable and it goes away.

I checked voltage and it is good with .49 at idle and 4.54 at wot.

So, what could be causing this code to keep being thrown?

Voltage between 1 & 3 spec is ~5v (this is at the harness, with the key 'ok' not playing with the throttle)

Resistance between 1 & 2 spec is .5-.9k
Resistance between 2 & 3 spec is ~4.5k

Check the pin in the harness on the pass side shock tower. It can sometimes come loose and cause a random CEL.
