Default Its official My Service plug doesn’t Work

Okay I started to get a CEL around 40, 50 mph so I tried jumping the services connector, but the CEL did nothing, so I followed the steps, jump connector, put key in the ignition, than turn it to on, and again nothing happen. So thinking it was the code that wasn’t coming up I, pulled my tps sensor plug so I got a CEL at start up. I tried to check that it didn’t work WHAT SHOULD I DO???
Is there Pins on the ECU i can jump? What else can i do to confirm they do not work?
I have a 1995 honda prelude with a Jdm H22a
I have a stock American p13

are you sure that your jumpin the right wires. there are two blue clips under the center console. one has 3 wires and another has 2. you should be jumping the one with two. if you cant do it with a paper clip try stripping a piece od the wire of and touching them together.
