Default Schematic of wires to be jumped to show codes.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me which two spots in the plug that you have to jump to activate codes from CEL being on. I tried jumping wires and ended up with a blown fuse so I know that those two aren't it? Please help!!

if you have a 4th gen then look by the gas pedal behind the radio and there should be a blue plug the end of the plug has two pin holes that is the service connector that you jump.

in case you have a 5th gen, just remove the little panel on the passenger's side of the center wall near the passenger's left foot. There is a wire coming out with a blue connector, just short that little guy and turn the key to on. Your cluster lights will blink a number of rapid times in succession. You can find the codes posted in the thread about prelude tech specs.

kotetu thanks so much for your help. Man i was confused, I was trying to jump wires in the big plug beside the blue one. I had a 92 Saturn that you used that plug to show codes that is why I was so confused. I am still confused though the SRS light flashed one time and gave no codes but now the CEL went out and has not come back on.
Thanks again for your help! Hopefully one day I can repay the favor!

what do you use to read the codes once the wires have been jumped?
