pulling engine
takin b16 out of del sol and droppin a b18c. 1. for the first question where are the best points to pull the engine out ( non are visible pretty sure i dont have any lift hooks or anything on the engine, but where are they supposed to be.) 2. easier to pull engine with or without tranny.

It's easier to drop an engine out the bottom, if you can jack your car up that high.
If you must cherry-pick it out, take the transmission off, and get some big M10 bolts to screw into the front of the block near the head, the back of the block near the intake manifold, and the side of the block where the housing for the transmission was.

i find it easier to pull ans a combo just get cracking eventually you can pull one in uder 20 mins
rip out the axels, drain everything hold the motor on a 2x4 with a jack and bend/remove the 2 outer frame rail motor mounts out place chain and put nut there (on both sides of the motor thats what i do, and just start yanking it out slwly, remove rad, and misc things in the way

you sayin put chain on right motor mount bolts and left tranny mount bolts?
AND does the engine roll or sway anyway from puliing from just these two points?
