I've heard of people using the obd1 engine in the last model preludes.
Which header needs to be used?
Is oem style exhaust still usable?
Can the tiptronic tranny bolt up and if not will the interior shifter still work with the older tranny excluding the triptronic part?

 

use the stock 5th gen header and exhaust. yes you can use the stock exhaust.

yes the triptronic will bolt up to a obd1 engine.

no the triptronic shifter will not work with a none triptronic tranny.

if you use an obd1 engine you need to switch to the obd2 oilpump/cranksensor or run a obd1 distributer
