Default b16 struggling, feels sluggish

hey guys i had a jdm integra type r swapped into my em1 a couple of years a go. Now i swapped the stock b16 back due to smog reasons and trying to keep it legit. Ever since i swapped the b16 it really struggles to get up there. It feels real sluggish, the rpm seems to stay in one place. I took my type r cams that I had in the type r and swapped into the b16. Could this be the problem? By the way i changed the timing belt water pump, headgasket, plugs and plug wires on the b16. Thanks

Check oil? What ecu are you using? Is the vtec engaging?

Is the oil old? Could be as thin as water and loosing pressure when you get up in the rpms. My buddies b16 did this until we changed the oil.
