Default Helpful Suggestions Needed for (sohc/t3)

Ok so im boosting the DD before i get a truck, the set up is as followed:

< 97 EK Hatch obd-1 p28 w/ stock d16z6>

* T3 a/r.42 cold a/r.48 hot
* Spoolin Performance Log Manifold
* Spoolin Performance 2.5" Downpipe
* Tial 38mm Wastegate 7 lbs. Spring
* ebay 27x7x3 FMIC
* Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
* Aem gam Gear
* Greddy BOV
* TurboXS MBC

Now here are a few of the questions i have for the little odds and ends for the best perfomance:

1. What size piping hot side and cold side?
2. Should I run the dump tube into the downpipe or leave it atmosphere?
3. Would it be worth it to drop a stg. 1 turbo cam in it?
4. What size injectors with or with out the cam?
5. Tune with what program?
6. Whats the best size exhuast for this setup?

The set up is in the works, the car will be tuned by john vega and be used as a daliy driver if there is anyone out there with a similar setup please let me know pros and cons and also if anyone could give me a Hp/Trq #'s
