Valve adjustment done!!! **FEW QUESTIONS**
If I'm getting some ticking does this mean some were tightened too tight?
After I did cylinder #1, I rotated the cam 90 degrees to the 9oclock position and did cylinder #3. I then turned the cam to the 6oclock position and did cylinder #4. I then turned the cam to the 3oclock position and did cylinder #2.
Is that correct?
Also I did'nt quite know how much "drag" to put on each valve.

on a dual cam vtec ummm tight *** loose ***** (thats just how i remember) so .007 exhaust .006 intake
and it has to be at TDC so use an extension in the cylinder to see when its at its highest point

I'll def run the seafoam today.
But the ticking came after I adjusted the valves. Its a light ticking noise (valve lash) Could this damage my motor?
Also, I just noticed yesterday that on my header I'm missing two bolts where the 4 meets the 2. Its a 4-2-1 header so I need to replace those bolts. Its weird because I had those in there relaly good and its lke they just fell out. Could this also possibly be causing a noise?

honda motors tend to have a ticking noise, even after you do a valve adjustment.
it's perfectly normal.

Exactly
Everything you did was right. And no as long as you adjusted them correctly it will not damage anything.
