Default Just dropped in motor, I can't get it to spark

I put a 95 h22a into my 99 prelude. I changed over all the sensors and used my old wiring harness(OBD1 to OBD2). The thing is the wiring harness has sensors into my coil pack, VTEC silinoid and distributer. Those are all pluged in but they run to a big clip under the ITM( This clip is attached to the black bracket that runs bolts into the ITM and the block right next to the rear motor mount). I cant find out where that big clip plugs into the car at. I really think that would be the problem.

There is a big dummy plug that should have a grounding cap that goes in it under the manifold. Your car will not run without that cap! I think your probem is the crank pos sensor. A 95 h22 does not have one but your 99 does. Your car will not run without that eather. It should be a grey plug that runs from near the driver side engine harness that goes into the lower timing belt cover. Your car will not spark without this. I just installed a jdm obd2 h22( do not have crank sensers) in my 97 and that is why it will not start. I know that jdm obd2 b16 does not even have a place to mount a crank pos sensor. I am going to check the h22 later this week. on the b16 you had to hardwire the jdm obd2 dist and install a obd1 ecu and it ran fine. I am haveing this probem. I am realizing that as soon as you start messing with obd2 things get stupid!
