Best management for turbo y7

Default Best management for turbo y7

What would be the best route to go on a management system with a boosted y7. Plan on keeping it simple, intercooler, injectors, exhaust.

An obd1 chipped ecu and an obd2 to obd1 conversion harness.

but if you convert to obd-1 your not street legal, and have to go through a whole bunch of crap come ispection/emissions time
