Obd2 to Obd1 Conversion
are you trying to put an obd1 motor in an obd2 vehicle?
or
is the motor already in the car and it is hooked up as obd2 and you want to run an obd1 ecu?

so you basically want to run an obd1 ecu (thus essentially making it an obd1 vehicle)?
All you need for that is an obd2a → obd1 ecu jumper harness with a chipped obd1 ecu

a p28 is one of a few obd1 ecu's that can be chipped and socketed so that you can tune it with whatever engine managment you choose (i.e. crome, hondata, uberdata, neptune, ectune, etc.).
