Default Need Horsepower Increase on my 99 Prelude

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone knows any good horsepower add ons that I can put on my prelude that are not too expensive. The car already has headers, full exhaust, AEM pullies, AEM fuel rail, MSD ignition, vtec controller, intake, and SK2 throttle body. But with all that it is still not enough horsepower for me. And i dont want to go with somethin as big as a turbo or supercharger right now.

If you want real power then boost it. Otherwise there isn't really much cheap parts.

Don't u hav to hav a turbo to boost it. If not, then how do you do it?

you can boost two ways supercharger or turbo.....so compare the two and determine your HP goals then decide which one to go with

Sounds like your best bet is gonna be a good tune. Any forced induction route, supercharger, turbo, or nitrous is gonna require a good tune regardless. For the greatest increaes in power, these are gonna be your best options. You could always do some mild cams mayybe some type s pistons, but regardless it all comes down to a good tune.

No, there are none.

Do some research and put together a turbo setup.

I was also thinkin bout gettin a chipped ECU. Do u think dat it would be better to get the tune before or after I get the chipped ECU?

You're supposed to tune after you chip your ECU. Stay away from eBay chipped ECUs' too, because those are junk.
