None of the oem torque mounts have removeable inserts. I'm not sure what your question is regarding the right front (tranny) mount. Can you be more descriptive?

Can i safely take off the front left mount without afecting the motor itself? i mean, is that a vital mount for the motor?

i'm asking this because i removed my AC system and i could take some extra lbs by taking that mount off

I won't do that if I were you. You can get the JDM AC bracket if you want to save some lbs....
Isn't Portugal kinda too warm to live without AC?

do not take the bracket off! Its like using only 4 lugs out of 5 to save weight.
