A stock head is good with your goals. Spend your money on the block for safety.

a stock head with upgraded valvetrain is the only thing you really need to have.
You can make 400+ hp on an unported head. You just need a proper valvejob for efficient flow. And I would recommend upgrading the stock valvetrain with performance springs and retainers to handle the boost and high rpm. you want to strengten that part to prevent any valve float with using stock valve springs which have gone through its share of wear and tear.

you are listing off all these items for your build, implying that you know what benefits these items give and the preferential reasons for using them, but then you are asking questions about the cylinder head? there are alot more technical aspects into what you are dreaming about doing than just listing off parts or work you read in a magazine, and i would not recommend you dropping a penny until you learn more about what you want to do ad consult with someone who can give you more guidance
