Default Turbo SI questions - B16 turbo size (have researched).

Finally decided to go turbo on my 1999 Civic SI, after realizing how much I was planning on spending on N/A parts for small amounts of power. I have been reading up on it for the past week or so, but I still have a some questions (mainly about the turbo size and injectors). I have decided against buying a kit, and have decided to piece together the parts myself, as it seems to be cheaper and I can buy sale/used parts as they become available. I would like to make around 250whp for daily driving, and would like to have more power eventually by getting a boost controller with two boost settings. Keeping the AC is a must.

Right now my proposed set up is as follows:

- Manifold-Rev Hard cast manifold (A/C compatible)

- Downpipe-Rev Hard 3 inch DP with A/C compatibility

- Turbo-From what I have read, a T3/T4oe with 57 trim and .63 AR sounds good. I would like to have it hold boost all the way to redline, and maybe make upwards of 300whp someday. However, I have also read that for a stock B16A2 a T3/T4oe with 50 trim and .48 A/R is a better match because it spools sooner and faster. So I am kinda confused by what would work better. Recommendations please.

- Injectors- I have read that RC 440cc injectors will be plenty to support the power that I am looking for. However, I have also read that the 440's will be high in their duty cycle and by upgrading to the 550cc injectors you can lower the duty cycle. Recommendations and clarification would be great.

- Intercooler-

- Piping-

- Fuel Pump- Wahlboro 255lph

- Wastegate- Tial 38mm

- BOV- HKS SS BOV? Any other suggestions?

- Exhaust- Thermal R&D 3" turbo exhaust system and high flow cat. Any other suggestions or ideas are welcome.

I know i will need a boost gauge and tuning, but is there anything else major that I am missing?

Sorry for the long post, but I figured I probably should ask all my questions at once, instead of making 10 different posts. Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks

I would recommend a T3/T04E 50 trim .48 A/R, 550cc/525cc and TiAL blow off valve for 250whp

If I was planning on building the motor, adding a better manifold, and running more boost would the T3/T04E with 50 trim, .48 A/R be able to support that kind of power? And if not, what would be a better alternative?

It would do 350whp reliably on pump gas. Anything more I would suggest a .63 A/R turbine housing
