Default Whats size turbo should I get for my b16

O.K. I need and all I need is my turbo to finish my KIT for my B16. I have everything except the turbo. Now here's the deal I have a chance to get a T3/T4 60-1 but I think a 60 trim will be to big and lag too much at 8 pounds. I'm only running a 8 pound spring cause I only have stock internals and don't want to over due it or push my luck so I 'm keeping it at 8 PSI for now till my built motor goes in for high boost. A friend of mine with a turbo VR6 GTi is running a straight T3 but yes it spools quick but I think it'll die out i the top high reving sweet spot. All the DRAG Rev Hard kits for B series come with T3/T4's. The exhaust mani. I have is a equal length tube mani and set for a t3/t4 flange. BUT... I'm building another B16 on the side right now that when I drop in will be running 15 PSi. So I don't mind buying a bigger turbo and deal with the lag now and have the right size turbo with more boost or will the .58 trim be o.k. at 15 pounds. thanks for any input.

Sorry I forgot about the car part.... I own a 91' Civic HB. I have my B16 in it for the last 8 months. I had a turbo ZC before this but I used a TD04 turbo. After blowing up my ZC I decided I was done with ZC's since I had been using them for e 3 years and wanted to try B series. I was looking at another Turbo B16 thats using a T3/T4.50 trim with a .48 A/R.... I"m looking into that one right now.
