Default Swap Won't Start?

I have had a JDM H22A in my EK for about five months.

I recently took it out to replace the timing belt/tensioner conversion, clutch, flywheel, and transmission.

I put the motor back in, and it doesnt start.

When I put the timing belt back on I noticed that the intake cam is a little off, but when I notched it another tooth over, or was further then it was before I had notched it over another tooth.

Could having the balancer shaft belt missaligned have anything to do with the motor not turning over? It was previously ran without a balancer shaft belt, and ran fine.

need some more info.
The balancer shafts won't affect starting. IT will just make the thing vibrate like a **** if it's off at all.

Does it turn over and not start, or not turn over at all? Any noise?

sounds like you forgot to plug something in maybe....do you have injector pulse?

its nothing to do with the balancer shafts, forget that idea.
