tw - boosted blockfilled b20-vtec turbo
I know that b20's have week cylinder walls, I have yet to see where they crack at so i'm not sure if blockfilling will do any good. I just thought it would be worth a shot throwing it out here for some opinions. If it's not worth even doing then I'll just do it n/a with itb's .
i wasnt planning on filling the entire coolant passage, you put a plug in the water pump hole and fill it up to the top of that point with salt, and then put the filler on top of that, then using the head gasket as a template to drill holes down into through the filler.

bc it covers the parts where colant is most needed ( top of the cylinders ) , that where the combustion happens so there for it must be well cooled

Heat at the top of the cylinders on a b20 isnt that big of a problem. If you look at all the aftermarket sleeve designs they usually block the coolant at the top of cylinders.
To the OP
you can still crack the sleeves on the N/A motor.

YEA BUT THEY are still lots and lots of room for coolant to flow not like a filled block
stop being damm cheap and get the dam block sleveed

i'm not being cheap, i'm one of those guys who like to push stock motors to their breaking point. I've done it before on other motors that i knew more about. that is why i came on here and asked peeps opinioins. i've got my sleeves on their way to bore out my Ls block out to a 2.0L. and i'm already workin on the itb "tank" for the turbo and piping. it's gonna be a lil bit different setups than what you normally see. i appreciate all the input.
if im not mistaken on here is where i got the idea from. there is a gsr with a "log" style collector that bolts to the face of the itb's it's pretty wicked looking actually. tony the tiger is running a setup similar to what i'm talkin about.
