Hmm, I was just reading a thread on them where some guy went up there to pick out a motor and he was able to pick his out of I think he said around 40 motors... just a guess really. But then he tried to pay with a credit card but the shop couldn't do it, so the guy from the shop drove around with him to find an ATM but couldn't find one so they just let him take home the GSR motor and pay them through paypal. I don't know if that helps you out any but you can tell they are good guys to work with. I am planning on buying my motor from them after December. Don't know if I helped any but hey... oh well

I just bought a 2nd Generation B16A with LSD from them. Everything looks and runs good. Mark had to send me a replacement distributor, he did so via FEDEX 2nd day. Motor started right up, very quiet. Timing belt looked new. I will post pics as soon as I can. I am still waiting for a front trans mount, apparently lost the first one in the mail.....

my friend also just purchased a 2nd gen b16 with LSD (very good prices BTW) from them. He has had a few problems...not so much as the motor but just Osaka itself. They told him that he would be getting axles and shift linkage and there was none when he recieved the motor. They also told him that the shipping would be around 150 dollars but when we get to the carrier place they charge him around 300 dollars. His motor seems to be in good shape...just hope nothing is wrong with it or I will hear about it for years to come. They also forgot to send a few of his axles

if you read we never send shiftlinkage with any swap, just to let you know... its not that we dont want to give them, its just that we dont have them, thats why we always say we dont have shiftlinkage.

now im confused because apparently they are in the mail now on the way to my friends house but he had to pay 200 dollars to get them (which is a good deal anyways).
also i have no problem with you guys at all...i will be ordering my engine from you shortly. i was told on the phone that when i order my type r motor that i would be recieving axles and shift linkage along with everything else i need. Was the person that told me this just confused or were they serious?

hey your buddy must be tripp correct? Actually the person that sold them to him was Rahim, he went to another shop here and bought the shiftlinkage from them... no big deal...... Also All type-r swaps come complete, axles and shiftlinkage with them.

does the motor include mounts for the h22, since they dont come with axles? or are the h22 a complete swap from your company?

Same here. I bought an H22 from them. I didn't have the shift assembly or shift cables or axles (I thought I would at least get axles) or b-pipe or motor mounts.

I was way overpriced from the freight company for the shipping. I'm still working with Mark on that. I will let everyone know how that turns out. But so far I'm pretty happy though, as long as I can get this shipping incident fixed.

inline... what is your name that you gave us??? I mean the shipping address are you shane? Also for the shiftlinkage, we do not include them in any swap minus the type-r swaps that are complete, as for the mounts we always give them, if you dont have them we can ship you some its not a real big deal.

Yes, this is shane. I remember you saying I wouldn't get a shiftlinkage and on the site it doesn't say anything about them being included so I'm not debating that. And as for the mounts I can't use them. What about the axles though? I'm assuming I don't get those either because their not listed on the site. But what does all required cables mean then? I'm going to give you a call today to see if you resolved the shipping issue.

But besides that, I had great service and I'm happy with the motor. It's even better then the one I was shown that I was going to get (condition wise).
