Need help removing head

These are simply the bolts that are bridge looking things that are holding the cams in(they have either an "E" or an "I" on them and a number, for exhaust/intake then the number for the order they are in. Once they are removed you can take the cam holders off and the cams will come right out, goodluck

What about it? There are markings on the crank pulley and markings on the cam gears. If they are lined up in their proper place then you should have no trouble.
The easiest thing to do is set the engine to TDC. Make sure the distributor rotor is also at the no. 1 cylinder and you'll be fine.
