Default how to remove the head.

The other day a friend and I started to change the head gasket on my friends integra. Everything that needs to be off is off IE intake mani, exhaust mani, distributor, valve cover and now we just need to unbolt the head..

Here lies the problem.

The head bolts are directly under the camshafts and apparently we need to remove the camshafts to unbolt the head. Is there any advice anyone can give us. Is there any thing to do with the timing involved? And how do I remove them I tried searching but didn't bring up anything.

1. you loosen the tensioner and slip off the belt

2. u loosen all the bolts on the cam caps, inside to outside order

3. take out ur headbolts, 1/4 turn at a time from the inside to outside

4. put it back together by reverse order, make sure the cams are lined up

^rough explanation, go spend 15bucks on a haynes at autozone they'll give you a better explanation
