How light a flywheel should i use?

Default How light a flywheel should i use?

Im planning on getting a new flywheel and I was wondering how light i should go on a Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo setup.

anymore details than that? i heard it's not good to use "too light" of a flywheel, i used a 12lb from Action for my setup. i think it's good. i wouldn't go lighter than 10lbs.

someone correct me if i'm wrong.

ok sorry bout the missing info... GSR, 1000cc injectors, Victor X intake manifold, hondata manifold gasket, head ported and polished 3 angle valve grind oversized intake valves, ITR cams, hondata S300, tial WG and BOV, JE low comp dished pistons 84 mm, displacement bumped to 2.0 darton sleeves,moroso oil pan, gsr crank,cometic head gasket crower rods, spearco IC, adjustable FPR, manual boost controller, innovative tech xd-16 wideband o2 sensor/guage

i have the act prolite flywheel (9lbs) on my set up. Ive had no problems at all, the lighter the flywheel to better (to a certain extent) IMO. the light flywheel with boosted app = not good, is a myth.
