Default questions about pistons and rods

This is some of my setup. I have the d16y8 motor that was rebuilt a few months ago from ground up after to much boost and bad tuning blew it sky high. My question is it was bored out 20 over and new everything inside, with good tuning (crome) do you think that the new oem cast pistons(i believe thats what was put it) that are in the engine can handle boost? and what about the rods? I have read up and seen where people are using vitara pistons because they are low cost and very strong and happen to be an exaact match for my type enegine. Are they any good or not and what are some good decent pried rods? also how hard is it to change the rods and pistons out, hell i have done everything else to the car?!!!

everything will be fine with a good tune but have someone that absolutely knows what their doing tune it, not just some basemap download from some retard on the internet. It is also good to just go out and get AEM, it can be done with uberdata, but with AEM you get the quality you know your paying for.My buddy did 35lbs on a stock jdm itrwith AEM before it blew.
