Stuck Lug Nut
One of my lugs nuts is stuck on my front right wheel.
I replaced the studs, and three of them held perfectly.
One has a lug nut on it like half way, and the stud isn't in the hub all the way. The lug nut won't come off, and I can't get the wheel off.
Any ideas?

If it wasn't so close to the wheel I'd tell you to heat it.
On that note, what are you using to get it off?
Any access to air tools is good. Even if you can bring it to a shop, a nice shot w/ an impact at 600psi should take the sucker right off.
Even so, get a long *** breaker bar w/ an impact socket and slap a piece of PVC piping on it and you got a nasty lug nut breaker.

you guy's aren't understanding what i'm saying.
The lug nut is on the stud. Not all the way. The whole thing still has play in it, and the lug nut is tight on the stud (somehow).
Im not sure how it got in this situation, but it did.
I'm thinking try to drill out the stud some, then get a lug wrench and snap the stud. Then put in a new stud.
