i cant get one of my lug nuts off. Everytime i turn the lug nut the stud spins with it how can i get this thing... off? maybe a puller to pull back in the right spot? give me some suggestions

Take it to the closest tire shop, theyll get it off.

you can take everything off your self if you want to do it you have to jack the car up high enough to get behind there and take the whole hub assembly off and then take it all off from there and you can cut the stud off or you can hold it with something and take the lug off that way its a pain in the *** and time consuming

How can the stud spin with the nut? The studs have splines so they can't spin. Did you damage the stud last time you torqued it? or did a garage mess it up?

i just recently replaced them but i have no idea how they spin with it i think they arent in all the way or something

Try knocking them back as far as possible so you can get a vice grip or something to prevent it from spinning on itself, then go at it with the impact gun.
