Default si doors in 96 civic

i have searched like always and came up with dead end post. Is wold like to know how much trouble would it be to install power window doors in my 96 dx hatch with out a floor harness ,and what i need to do. any help is appreciated.

theres a writeup on these with/or w/o the floor harness let me try to find it for u, its been a while

but if u wanna go the cheaper easier way out. get universal window motors and universal door lock actuators. thats what im doing, and the power door panels should fit fine.

If you want it plug and play, you need a 99-00 floor harness. If not, you end up splicing a bunch of wires.

alright i just picked up the doors last night and no floor harness
how much would that cost me
and is it worth it or should i just do it with out the floor harnaness i want to do it today

Check out that link posted above for installation directions without the floor harness. I'll actually search around to see if I can find a FULL how-to for installation w/o the floor harness. I KNOW I've seen it on here before. If you're comfortable with wiring, it wont be difficult.

does any body now how i can get my door locks to work since i dont have the lock box because my car is a 96 civic and the doors i have are from a 2000 si

and now my window on the right side goes up but not down and the driver side only ticks when i push the button down i need help asap i need to go to work in the morning and its cold

just igured out the switch harness wasnt in all the way on the pass side but the driver side still only ticks need help

success found two broken wires one was a ground and one was to the passenger side door.
but the guy who sold me the doors still sold me some broken switches so hopefull he can help me pay for at least half
since he said they were all working

yeah i found that out after the pins in the harness are switched in diffrent places but the diagram that i shot 50 gave me was very easy to follow and works very well.
im happy now with the windows
