B16a all of a sudden bad idle

B16a all of a sudden bad idle with video
hey guys, i dunno what could of happen ive been driving it for like 2 days and today all of a sudden it started idleling like **** like going 1000rpm to 2.5rpm up and down. my idle was set to around 900rpm

a sensor can blow up like that cayz it was working well then i had a run of like 1,2,3 all the way to the end of the red line then it started right afeter

yeah but usaly theres a leak sound when a bolt falls of or something ill check for that thermo valve
i was told i could of been bubbles in coolant ? is that possible lol

You can check to see if the thermo valve is out of wack by taking off your intake and looking at the two holes in the throttle body. The top one is for the IACV and the bottom one is the FITV. Try covering up the bottom hole with your finger after the car gets warm and see if your idle comes back down to normal. My money is on this....

Air in the coolant could definetly cause a bad idle, this happened to me on my B16. I bled the coolant sytem and reset the ecu and it went away. I would also make sure that your TPS is calibrated, and your IACV to make sure it's not dirty or clogged. But I would start by bleeding the coolant system for air. Hope this helps.

you know everyone keeps posting IACV or TPS. when these go bad they usually throw a CEL.
i'm going to take a shot in the dark here, but i think he needs to replace his pcv valve. when they are clogged, this will cause idling problems like the op is experiencing.
