When I put power windows in I had the power windows from a si, the door panels and controls and harness plug. Then I just routed the wiring accordingly and it worked perfect. You should be familiar with wiring before you attempt to do this. Or you could just get the si wiring harness. Its fairly easy though. Getting the power window motor can be a little tricky. It can only go in one way. You have to figure out the angle. Be careful with the glass also. It is designed to break if pressure is put on it. HTH Good luck

I have done the same thing you are trying to do, the doors fit fine you should find someone to wire them up it took me and a freind 3 hours to do it perfect
