Default T3/T4, 0.48/0.50 A/R, 50 trim: Good match for my little A6?

Gonna be boosting a built A6 next summer. Arias pistons, eagle rods, etc. Would a Garrett T3/T4, 0.48/0.50 A/R, 50 trim be good for my SOHC is my power goals are to hit an easy 300 hp?

I don't wanna be maxing out the turbo, I want a nice, conservative 300 while not having to spool up at 5000.

It s ounds liek a good match.
I have a .63 AR on my sohc and spool is quite late, although with a built topend and higher revving motor it woudl be essential.

If you're lucky, you'll get 2000 rpm of full boost. The turbo I used would probably be perfect. Its a t3/t04B s-trim (in between t3 60trim and t3/t4 50trim) with a .48 stg1 exhaust. On a stock d16z6 and full 3" dp/exhaust I build boost after 3k and 10psi after 4k. The s-trim can take you to 300whp easy if you're able to tune past 11psi.

Well, SOHC ZC cam. I'm having the Head worked over by Endyn. (stock rebuild w/ mild p&p.) When I shift, it drops a little below 5k, so as long as it's in full boost by then I'll be ok.
