Max power on Eagle Rods.
Hi Folks,
Currently running Eagle Rods (With new bolts) in our budget build race car. Just wondering what power levels they can support. I'm at the the 515hp, 310tq range, and hoping to dial in another 10+psi from the GT4088.
Any ideas if they can support 650-700hp. I'd hate to find out the hard way...

Man U FTW
if they're rated for 600hp, they can probably hold 800hp, but the company needs some kind of buffer....do it and let us know

Highest I've seen personally has been low 600's on the 3/8" style bolt. I've seen some of the old school designs go at low 300's.
Let us know how they hold up

I made 620whp and 450 ft-lb torque on a Mustang Dyno, Eagle Rods in stock sleeved LS/VTEC. When I ran 10.43@139mph was on 22psi and making about 540ish whp , I had run them at 27psi too 144mph . I have revved them as high as 9700rpm so far
Mat Keller runs them in his motor and no probs at all 9.47@158mph

Don't feel like an idiot man, the Manley's will not fail you and I would still have more faith in them
