oil line restrictor?

i jsut installed a DSM T25 on my civic .. and went to take the test run and it will not build boost at all ... whats the deal?

boost leak. check all of your couplers and clamps.

ok .. but could it be that i am gettin too much oil to the turbo .... because i dont think i have a leak ... ill look again .. because htats what i thought it was at first also
