Im looking for a turbo with good up top power and minimal turbo lag. Ball Bearing is mandatory and im looking to make roughly 300-350whp. Feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

A 50trim t3/t04 w/stage 3, .48 AR exhaust would be fine for a quick spool and 300-350whp on pump gas. Technically speaking, if the title isn't a typo (t3/t4?), you could even use a super60 T3 with the same exhaust, and get near 350whp with meth injection. You could upgrade the chra to a BB version later if you choose.

ball bearing's are good for about 300rpm is spool up difference, the only real benefit is the boost recovery between shifts. and no straight t3 will make 350whp on an h22

So you dont think ball bearing is really necessary unless if im going with a larger turbo ie. GT35R?

50 trim or 57 trim or 60 trim
.48 or .63 hotside depending on how much lag you want and how much topend you want

if you go BB might as well go gt30

Does he have any numbers for that setup?

Im guessing 57 or 60 trim would be better. Im looking for some pretty good top end power.

Correct. For your particular goals, its really not that necessary at all.
