Ok tonight i mis-shifted and went from 3rd to 2nd at around 8000rpm. I know all of u are saying stupid mf, but it is runing choppy like i have a spark plug filed out or something. THe check engine light didn't come on untill after i had drove about
10 mi., went a sat down and ate and went and sat in a parking lot with it runing for about 30-45min. What could the problem be? I dont have a code reader and im sure it will give me a misfire code but what is the worst that can be wrong? Oh yea when im driving it rides good, only skips when i sitting still.

 

id take a guess and say you floated a valve

thats between you and your significant other.....but on a serious note probably but you might want to look into it first...thats just the first thing that came to mind when someone says they reved their car to 10,000 and now its running funny
