Ok, the deal is the check engine light keeps coming on for a mis-fire code. I have done a fuel system cleaning like the dealer said, and that worked for a little while. The car also had the recall performed on it for the spark-plug gaskets. I changed the plugs put in OEM NGKs and the light is back on. Anyone else have this problem or any ideas of what it could be?

Have your ignition coils checked out. Shoot the code and see if it tells you what cylinder.

 

I brought it to Honda I should know something on Monday. Hopefully whatever it they honor it under the certfied waranty, but I have my doubts.

 

Well I found the "secret compartment" yesterday when I got the car back. And I found an interesting invoice. Apparently the previous owner had the same problem. And it was diagnosed as a bent valve in the head. Yay. So looks like its a new head for the s2k
