Default TPS problem!!!! Throwing code 7, voltage is right but im confused. Please help!!!!

My friend and I just installed the Skunk 2 Pro Series manifold with a J G Edelbrock 65 MM throttle body on his OBD0 B16A . There is no problem until you give it full throttle, then it throws the code 7. When you just ease around no code is thrown. I am confused of the problem. Please someone help me out, any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Is there any thing else we overlooked that you could help me out with . Thanks

that sounds about right... i would say try centering the tps... still a code, to the left then thr right... but b/4 that just make sure your connections are tight & notihngis cut into the wire... makre sure the wires aren't wet or by any heat

I thought TPS voltage should range from .5 to 4.5.

Do you have the old one? if so connect it up and see what the voltages say on it.
Then match... 4.5 at wot and .5 idle is right.
