Default Oil coming out of turbo????!!!

hi this is gonnabe my 2nd turbo that has the same problem...the first one, it would throw the oil all over the place IE intercooler piping....so i bought another one, same brand, after the install i let the car run for about 20 min and this one...the turbo is coming out from the air filter side of the turbo...it literally drops out of the turbo and leaves a pretty decent amount of oil on the floor

can u guys guess what causes this? the manufacturer said they had alot of problems like that with that batch of turbos...they said to send it back and they'll replace it...but i was just wondering is it an easy fix? and what is causing it do keep doing this over and over

Did you make sure that all your fittings are on tight? Running all the proper gaskets?

What size feed and return lines are you using? Any kinks in the oil return line? How far up did you tap the oil return bung onto the oil pan?

well everything was fine at one time....the 1st turbo went bad b/c of a kink in the return line...but this 2nd one...nothing is wrong and its leaking out of the turbo...im thinking is there seals inside of the turbo that can be causing this?

You even had oil in your intercooler pipes? I'd say something with your motor then? Do you have lots of blow-by? When I blew the seals on my turbo, I never had oil in the intercooler pipe. It just leaked out the exhaust side and was burning through my ehxuast.

I had the same problem. No oil in the filter but it was getting into my IC piping. I replaced the turbo and the problem was gone.

Let me guess.. SSAutoChrome? You get what you pay for.. just buy another one, I always do. Hell you can buy 5 of them for the price of a GT series.
