my oil level on dipstick is reading a little above second dot.. is this ok for turbo motor or do i h

Default my oil level on dipstick is reading a little above second dot.. is this ok for turbo motor or do i h

edit: nvm i went out wearing some sweats, beanie, sweater, and jacked that bitch up and drained it in th efreezing cold and turned it on and checked it. ribht below 2nd dot wow im glad i did that.. i drained out alot of oil..
