Are you talking about the door panel?

You just pop right out.. slide up and replace R/R.

if u take ur door card off and look. there should be some plastic welds. cut em or melt them. and should come off. i soppse puttin bk on will be a bit trickyer. but you could weld it or even put some self tapper screw in..

I made my door panels blue to match my seats.
You need to unistall the door panel and lay it face down.
on the back you will see little plastic circles that have been melted almost flat to hold the arm rest panel on.
I used a hollow drill bit like for drilling through rubber to "cut" these melted spots.
to reattach the panel after recovering it I used #10 pan head screws and fender washers.

on the far side of the picture you can see the recovered panel I also put 3 way jl speakers in and shaved the window crank down and installed pwr windows to make the panel a little more flush
